Towards a European Approach on Medicinal Cannabis

MEPs Frédérique Ries, Alex Agius Saliba, Tilly Metz and Medicinal Cannabis Europe hosted the online conference “Towards a European Approach on Medicinal Cannabis” to discuss the present status and future prospects of regulation within the European medicinal cannabis sector.
The conference provided the chance to connect with different stakeholders – from EU and national policymakers to patients’ organisations – to discuss possible regulatory solutions and pave the way towards a minimum set of harmonised rules that would facilitate the development of the medicinal cannabis value chain throughout Europe.
